A duly signed order letter must be send along with the DD , Cheque . Please sign back of DD or cheque. Don’t forget to write your PIN code along with Land Marks, especial instructions if any (e.g. best courier service up to your door steps ). Worst courier service up to your door step ; we will avoid sending your product via that particular courier service.
Clients are requested to inform us by once they receive the KIT. Mail ,call , sms (e.g Name>Client ID>Received in good condition
Please let us know if you receive the KIT in broken condition or corrupted )CD name/content/client ID -e.g. Cardiology CD received broken ) .
We will replace the same within 10 working days with no additional charges. Replacement will be send to the same address as mentioned in the order letter.

WHEN TO EXPECT YOUR ORDER
Shortly after you place an order, you will receive an e-mail confirming that we have received your order. This e-mail will include your order confirmation Client ID, order summary & other information that you might find helpful regarding your order. Once an order is shipped you will also receive a shipping confirmation e-mail providing tracking information from us.
Globodyne Technology processes orders Monday through Saturday. Our order cutoff time is 1.00 pm Eastern time. If orders are placed by 1:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through then your order will be processed & shipped the same day as long as product is in shock. If orders are placed after 1:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Saturday then your order will be processed & shipped the next business day. We do not ship orders on Sunday.
We make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible using the best delivery method. Please allow us 4-7 working days to deliver you the product.
Replacement Policy
If in case you receive any broken or corrupted CD-ROMs, inform us immediately with your Client ID via e-mail or SMS (+91 9954304729). We will replace the same within 10 working days with no additional charges.
